Take a look at some of our work in progress:
Fabrication of a steel frame, preparing
for mounting of mobile site office.
This is the floor of a 10' x 40' unit being flipped
over. They are built upside down because this is the most efficient
way to apply the under sheating and under coating. Temporary
casters are also applied at this stage to allow for easy movement
around the plant.
This is a roof being flipped over. The roofs are built upside
down as well, to make installing the finished ceiling panels
more efficient. This is done as other crew members work on finishing
the floor and walls.
Walls are built on a framing bench, picked up by cranes in
one piece and set into place on the finished floor.
 
The roof is now lifted off a framing bench and put in place
on top of walls by cranes. The building is now ready for wiring.
After wiring is complete the building is insulated and sheeted,
and is now ready for interior finishing and siding.
Here are some units in their final steps of finishing. Interior
moldings and exterior siding are installed. Doors, windows, and
roofing is also installed. Once all of this is completed to our
satisfaction, it is ready for delivery to our customer's site.
